Corporate Team Building in Calgary & the Bow Valley
A hands-on soapstone carving experience your team will actually take part in. We bring it to your workplace, conference or retreat, run it start to finish, and clean up after.
Everyone starts on equal footing.
Every person gets the same piece of stone and the same tools, whatever their title. The executive director sits beside the sous chef. The groundskeeper sits beside someone from a completely different department.
At the AMA Leadership Conference at Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise in March 2026, 40 leaders across different levels of leadership and management carved their own pieces. At Mount St. Francis Retreat Centre's corporate Christmas event, a 25-person staff team finished by comparing their work and cheering each other on.
It is screen-free, it is not another presentation, and nobody has to perform for the group. People talk naturally while their hands are busy.
